Price not include: – Single rooms (140euro) – Travel insurance – Visa –flight from Tashkent to Urgench. The price depending from the season (70 to 100 euro). It is also possible option is an overnight train-25 euro. You can choose the best one on the spot. A ticket for high speed train Samarkand-Tashkent (20-50 euros). Sites entrance fees - 40 euro - Half board (evening meals) - 60 euro; - Full board - 100 euro.

Day1.

Arrive at any times in Tashkent. Meet with our guide. Transferred to the hotel. Lunch. Present- fruit baskets. Welcome and have a nice trip.

 

Day2. City tour in Tashkent.

Visits of Friday Mosque and Kaffol Shoshi Mausoleum, Kukeldash Madrasah. Visit Chorsu bazaar where craftsmen selling traditional clothes and an assortment of oriental souvenirs. Museum of Decorative Arts. One of the most interesting museums in Tashkent is the Museum of Decorative Arts with an extensive collection of ceramics, carved wood, textiles, carpets, metalwork and other handicrafts. Welcome dinner at the local Chaikhana.

Day3. Urgench – Khiva. Khiva historic center – Itchan Kala has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Early breakfast. Transfer to the airport. Flight to Urgench at 07:50.

Arrival in Urgench at 09:30. Short transfer to Khiva.

Tour program in Khiva. Travel back in time and into another world.

Khiva is the city museum like Pompeya and Gerkulanum, but unlike these places it is alive city.

Khiva is one of the major geographical points on the Silk Road. Its share fell to be the center of the Khiva Khanate that was repeatedly shattered and revitalized. Merchants from Khorezm were expected in many cities, the best fur and fabric in traditionally Khorezm. Despite the fact that the Khiva assumed the aspect in the period of the Khiva Khanate, archaeological excavations showed cultural layers pertaining to BC.

Almost all of the sightseeing places in Khiva are located in the Itchan Kala, which is the inner town (protected by brick walls some 10 m high) of the Khiva and was the last resting-place of caravans before crossing the desert to Iran. Although few very old monuments still remain, it is a coherent and well-preserved example of the Muslim architecture of Central Asia. There are several outstanding structures such as the Djuma Mosque, the mausoleums and the madrasas and the two magnificent palaces built at the beginning of the 19th century by Alla-Kulli-Khan.

Day 4. Khiva – Bukhara. Desert Kizil Kum/ Amudarya River.

Breakfast. Transfer to Bukhara through the Kizil Kum desert (475 km). On the way stop to see Amudarya River. Arrival in Bukhara in the afternoon, check–in the hotel.

Evening tour.

Bukhara -"The city of museums", contains more than 140 architectural monuments of the Middle Ages. Such ensembles as Poi - Kalan, Kosh Madras, mausoleum of Ismail Samoni, minaret of Kalyan and others were built 2300 years ago, and today they attract the great attention of tourists. Bukhara, which is situated on the Silk Route, is more than 2,000 years old.

It is the most complete example of a medieval city in Central Asia, with an urban fabric that has remained largely intact. Monuments of particular interest include the famous tomb of Ismail Samani, a masterpiece of 10th-century Muslim architecture, and a large number of 17th-century madrasas.

Day 5. Bukhara- holiest city.

Breakfast.

City tour in Bukhara. Bukhara, an excuisite city in the middle of the dessert, is indeed unchanged for many centuries. Located along the commercial Silk Road, the city is home to the most skilled artisans, 15th century medrassahs, teahouses, and spice markets.

Historic Centre of Bukhara has been inscribed upon the World Heritage List of the Convention concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage Historical and architectural monuments of Bukhara : • Mausoleum of Samani , • The Poi Kalyan Complex, • An Ensemble of Lyabi -Khauz , • The Mosque of Chor-Minor (four column), • Madrasah of Ulugbek , • Mausoleum of Sayfiddin Bukharzi and Bayan Quli , • The Kosh Madrasah Ensemble , • The Palace of Emir of Bukhara "Sitorai Mohi Hossa" , • Chor-Bakr - the burial place of shih Jubaeri family . Day6. Bukhara - Shakhrisabz - Samarkand.

Breakfast. Transfer to Samarkand.

Short city tour in ancient city Shakhrisabz.

  • Mausoleum and the necropolis of the Sufi Sheikh Shamseddin Kulyalya (15 in.)
  • The architectural complex Dor-ut-Tilovat.
  • Hazrat Imam Ensemble (14 in.).

  • Lunch in a tea house in the mountains. Driving to Samarkand (130 km).

City tour in Samarkand.  We visit the Samarkand symbol, the image of which can be met more often in post cards and booklets, is Registan Square with three madrasahs of Ulugbek.

Day7. Samarkand - treasury of the East.

Breakfast. Tour by one of the most majestic cities of the East, the beloved capital of the great Tamerlane.

Sightseeing tour of Samarkand. Highlights:

  • Shahi Zinda Necropolis, Ulugbek’s Observatory,
  • Registan Square (a heart of the city),
  • Gur Emir Mausoleum (Tamerlan's tomb),
  • Ruhabad Mausoleum,
  • Bibi-Hanum Mosque, orient bazaar Siyab,
  • Mausoleum of Khodja Doniyor known as Saint Daniel.

Evening high-speed train to Tashkent “Afrosiyob” (17h00-19h10).

On arrival transfer to the local restaurant.

 

Day8. Tashkent.

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport. Depart at any time.
