Day 6. Lakeland. Lake Oulujärvi

Finland is called a country of thousands of lakes and this is true. But even against such a variety of reservoirs, Lake Oulujärvi stands out for its purest water and a wealth of species of fish. Especially popular here is fishing during the white summer nights. Lake Oulujärvi is the fourth largest in Finland, with more than 500 islands and islets. In the pond you can catch salmon and pike perch, and the pike here is a great variety. Not surprisingly, the European Pike Fishing Championship is held annually in Oulujärvi.
Day 7. Lake Saimaa.
One of the largest not only Finnish, but also European lakes, praised by poets and writers. Strictly speaking, Saimaa is not just one lake, but a whole system of reservoirs that are connected by channels, straits, sleeves and swamps.
